This happened in China. A 15-year-old girl was attacked by a gang of other young girls in Lingao, Hainan Province, China. She was beaten and stripped off her clothes as several other students witnessed the assault as passive bystanders while it was being recorded on video.
The incident soon caught the attention of local police, and they’re conducting an investigation along with the crime and cyber police departments of Dongying town, Lingao county.
